If there is a rain delay or one gets a walkover, the players need to be notified asap. It's annoying having to wait for hours just because one wasn't informed in time Also please communicate early when qualifiers will be played and when main draw starts. Also please avoid that one has to come back for just one match. Players sometimes have long travel hours and it's annoying and expensive having to come back for another day. Thanks

Toilet facility at Stellenbosch High School was terrible. Club facility for u10 boys and girls were great. Unfortunately on day 1 there was a official at Somerset College High but on day 2 no official at all. If there was a problem, the parents had to sort it out. I feel that with u10 the children are still learning and needs to be guided from the start to use when older at their matches. Parents are still too involved from next to the court. I think that officials should remove them if they sit too close to the court.
